Welcome to Qualify You, an AI-powered qualification, career enablement, and recruitment platform.
Qualify You operates as an AI-powered Career Qualification Platform, Expert Marketplace, Bootcamp Platform, Mentorship Platform, Recruitment Enablement Platform, and Career Intelligence Platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qualify You website, platform, and services ("Platform"). By creating an account, using the Platform, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Qualify You website, web application, any future mobile application, APIs, AI services, bootcamps, mentorship programs, expert marketplace features, employer services, and all related digital services made available through the Platform.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

To use Qualify You, you must:
Companies registering employer accounts must have authority to represent their organization and bind it to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Qualify You provides digital tools, AI-powered insights, and expert guidance to support career development and hiring processes.
Qualify You provides digital services including, without limitation:
Qualify You is NOT:
All hiring decisions remain solely with employers. All career decisions remain the responsibility of the User.
Qualify You does not guarantee employment, promotion, visa approval, salary level, admission, interview outcome, or any other professional result.
Qualify You may offer, including but not limited to:
All services are delivered digitally via the Platform.
Services may evolve, be modified, added, or discontinued over time. Qualify You will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting purchased services where appropriate.
Users are responsible for:
Qualify You is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
Qualify You may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
Bootcamps offered through the Platform may include enrollment, live online sessions, attendance tracking, assignments, projects, learning materials, instructor communication, and completion requirements as described in the applicable program materials.
By enrolling in a bootcamp, Users agree to participate in good faith, meet applicable program requirements, and comply with academic integrity standards set forth in these Terms.
Bootcamp schedules, instructors, session formats, or delivery methods may change where reasonably necessary due to operational, technical, or educational requirements, provided Users are notified where practicable.
Sessions may be recorded where announced in advance for quality assurance, educational, or operational purposes.
Mentorship provided through the Platform consists of professional guidance, recommendations, and industry insights from mentors or experts.
Mentorship does not guarantee employment, promotions, certifications, interview success, or any other professional outcome.
Users are expected to attend scheduled mentorship sessions and provide reasonable notice where rescheduling is permitted under applicable program terms.
Repeated no-shows or failure to attend scheduled sessions without reasonable notice may result in forfeiture of sessions or other restrictions under the applicable mentorship package or program terms.
Experts accessible through the Platform are independent professionals. Qualify You facilitates discovery, scheduling, payment, and communication but does not control the professional judgment, opinions, or advice provided by experts except as expressly stated in separate written agreements.
Qualify You is not responsible for opinions, recommendations, or statements expressed by experts, and Users remain responsible for evaluating such guidance independently.
Qualify You may issue Digital Certificates upon successful completion of eligible programs, subject to applicable requirements which may include:
Digital Certificates represent successful participation or completion of the applicable program and are not equivalent to university degrees, government-issued credentials, or professional licensure unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific program.
Qualify You may revoke Digital Certificates obtained through fraud, misrepresentation, or material violation of these Terms or applicable program requirements.
Qualify You reserves the right to suspend premium Services, mentorship access, bootcamp access, or other paid features for overdue installment payments or payment default, subject to applicable law and any terms presented at purchase.
Eligible bootcamps and mentorship programs may be purchased using Installment Plans offered through the Platform or authorized payment partners.
Installment Plans are subject to payment schedules, billing dates, and terms presented at the time of purchase. Missed installments, late payments, or payment default may result in:
Refund and cancellation terms, where applicable, are governed by Section 14 and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
All services are digital and delivered through the user dashboard.
If a technical delay occurs, services will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Users may contact support if delivery fails.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the Service purchased. Without limiting applicable law, the following general principles apply:
Qualify You assists employers in identifying and evaluating qualified candidates through digital qualification, matching, and recruitment enablement tools.
Hiring decisions remain solely with employers. Candidate submission, profile visibility, or platform matching does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, visa sponsorship, salary level, or any other hiring outcome.
Candidate information is shared with employers only in accordance with applicable user actions, consent, settings, and the Privacy Policy.
Employers using the Platform agree to:
AI-generated outputs and expert guidance are advisory only.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, limitations, or hallucinations, and shall not be relied upon as definitive advice or as a sole basis for professional, career, or hiring decisions. Qualify You disclaims any liability arising from reliance on such outputs.
Qualify You:
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users must apply independent judgment before making decisions.
AI-generated roadmaps, CV analysis, career insights, interview feedback, skill recommendations, and qualification scores are advisory only and do not constitute legal, financial, immigration, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on AI Services or expert guidance.
Users retain ownership of User Content, including CVs, portfolios, projects, assignments, uploaded documents, and messages, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
By submitting User Content to the Platform, Users grant Qualify You a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, display, and use such content solely as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve Platform functionality, including recruitment, learning, mentorship, bootcamp delivery, expert interactions, and AI-assisted Services described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
All Platform content, technology, AI models, assessments, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Qualify You.
This includes, without limitation, Platform software, assessments, AI models, roadmaps, bootcamp content, videos, slides, templates, logos, design, branding, and learning materials.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.
User-uploaded content remains owned by the user, but the user grants Qualify You a license to process it for service delivery as described in Section 18.
Users must not engage in academic misconduct or integrity violations, including:
Violations may result in account suspension, Digital Certificate revocation, permanent bans, or other remedial action permitted by law and these Terms.
Users may not use the Platform to engage in prohibited conduct, including:
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell user data. Users may request account deletion in accordance with applicable laws.
Qualify You may integrate third-party services (payment providers, cloud services, AI infrastructure).
The Platform may also rely on third-party payment providers, cloud providers, AI providers, video conferencing platforms, analytics services, and authentication providers.
We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services, including outages caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
Platform services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, security updates, cloud provider outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond Qualify You's reasonable control. Qualify You will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore services and communicate material disruptions where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualify You shall not be liable for:
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qualify You and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to User misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or infringement of third-party rights.
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
Qualify You may suspend or terminate access for:
Termination does not entitle users to refunds unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the parties may attempt mediation where appropriate before pursuing formal proceedings.
If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as Platform notices, email, or updated publication on this page.
